Shipping: Orders received before noon, are shipped the same day.
Occasionally one of our national brand stores places an order that ties up our warehouse and shipping staff. We make every effort to attend to your order as soon as it arrives. Occasionally we fall behind. Rest assured in the worst case, barring a natural disaster, we will ship your products no later than the next business day.
Minimum Order Amounts: A minimum order amount of $35.00 is required for all orders. Orders not meeting this minimum will be assessed a 15% shipping charge.
Back Orders: We do not automatically fill back orders. Please re-order all out-of-stock items. If an item is out of stock we will ship the remainder of your order and credit the method of payment you selected at time of ordering for the back ordered item. Due to the back order if your order falls below the minimum order amount you will not be assessed any additional fees.
Returns: Returns must be pre-approved by a customer service representative in order to receive credit.
Our warehouse must receive all merchandise before credit is issued. Merchandise must be in its original packaging, unopened, and in resalable condition to receive full credit. Returns are subject to a 15% restocking and handling charge when these conditions are not met.
Returned merchandise that is unsalvageable or discontinued, and expired food items will be disposed of at the customer’s expense with no credit issued.
Merchandise is not returnable after 30 days.
Damaged Merchandise: UPS insures all UPS shipped packages. Their claim procedure requires that you contact them upon receipt of the damaged goods. We cannot authorize credit for damaged merchandise unless you follow UPS procedure and they acknowledge the claim.

You must initiate the UPS claim. Only orders that have followed this procedure will be replaced or refunded.
Food Guarantee: Food items are perishable. Please remember to rotate your stock. We pride ourselves on getting food to you with a long shelf life. We store our foods in a climate-controlled warehouse, rotate our stock with every shipment and practice rigid pest prevention and control. We guarantee the freshest foods are delivered to you.
Please order wisely and rotate food stocks regularly to prevent having expired foods in your pantry. This will reduce unnecessary returns and help to keep our prices low.
